Our service aims to provide psychological support for those who would like to learn alternative ways to manage stress resulting from traumas, depression and anxiety.
We are a Telehealth service but love to meet with our clients face to face when we are in their area. We also offer training for remote area organisations as well as clinical supervision.

Our Service is predominately TeleHealth. (Phone or Video) We have a secure platform which complies with Australian Standards and follow the Guidelines provided by Ahpra. Telehealth provides a level of anonymity to clients not available face to face. Increasingly more people are preferring to use Telehealth.
INITIAL CONSULT
We do offer 20 min initial consults to decide goodness of fit between the person and the therapist.
BULK BILLING
Bulk Billing requires a mental health care plan from a GP
FEES
Our hourly fee is $150

MEET YOUR PSYCHOLOGISTS
After a combined 30 years of working for both government and non-government organisations we were in need of a change. We have chosen to combine our love of travelling Australia with our work.
Nick’s speciality is working with disaster affected communities and trauma in general. Nick is trained in EMDR and Trauma Focused CBT.
Kate’s speciality is working with depression and anxiety and has experience in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
